
The Certificate of Basic EHR Proficiency (CEOP) provides an overview and introduction to Electronic Health Records (EHRs), including access to an academic EHR to execute a hands-on workflow exercise. The program is designed for individual study, or for academic or clinical settings, giving students real-world experience with digital healthcare technology.
At the competion of this course the learner should be able to:
* Define the Functionality and Standard Workflow of an EHR System
* Understand the Requirements of EHR Systems and Common Features
* Demonstrate Academic EHR Workflow with a hands-on Documentation Exercise

AUDIENCE: This program is intended as a professional development course of study for providers, practice managers, consultants, dental staff, students in dental programs, HealthIT pro's and others addressing medical site administration.
