COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course explains the benefits of incorporating an awareness of diversity in any organization or business to help build teamwork and minimize conflict and create better performing teams. It introduces the concept of unconscious bias and explains how to identity filters which may create barriers to inclusion, relationships, and performance. It also explores the challenges to diversity in the workplace.
